General Terms
- GST included in the Tax Invoice Amount: Any Govt. Cess as applicable for the period will be charged extra as per authority instructions.
- Above rate is valid for this order only.
- All electrical works and supply as per specification to be arranged by customer: and if need any additional site preparations should be arranged by customer (Scaffolding, cutting for concealed piping, wiring, concealed drain pipe Etc…).
- Delivery charges to be mutually agreed as per sale deal and should be paid by the customer.
- Delivery time within 10 to 15 days from payment.
- 100% Payment in advance against Performa Invoice to deliver the product.
- Customer Feedback: Company may require some additional information about installation. Service Code must be shared with the Customer Care Officer.
- The product purchased is not used according to instructions given by Un Authorized Service Centre / Un authorized personnel. Damage (Physical, Burn or Liquid damage) caused to the product directly or indirectly due to any other reason will not be covered under the warranty.
- Defects caused by improper use/Service, as determined by Un Authorized Service Centre / un authorized personnel will not be covered under the warranty.
- Service must be registered by the Customer in App/ WhatsApp 8281898700.
- If Purchase invoice is not presented to the authorised service personnel or support team, warranty does not cover.
- Offloading charges by customer.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
- Any disputes will be subject to the rules within Thrissur Jurisdiction only.
Air Conditioner Warranty
- Manufacturer Warranty: 1 Year for Full Unit, 3 Years for PCB, 10 Years for Compressor, 3 months for AC Remote.
- Delivery to site free.
- 3m Copper pipe included in original package: Additional copper piping if required as per the site condition will be charged extra @ Rs.1500 per meter, and charges to be paid to Installation Team as advised by SolarCool.
- Warranty does not include any Gas Leak at flare nut or indoor to outdoor connection pipes after 3 months from the date of installation. A nominal gas rate Rs.2500 should be paid by the Customer.
- Warranty does not cover any cooling performance due to the selection of air conditioner by the Customer irrespective of technical advice by SolarCool according to the room sizes and occupancy.
- Installation charge: Rs. 1600/Air conditioner to be paid to Installation Team as advised by SolarCool.
- ODU Stand (if required): Rs.1000/Stand to Rs.1500/Stand for heavy duty to be paid to Installation Team as advised by SolarCool. In case Customer supplies the stand, the fixing shall be done @Rs.600/stand.
- Installation will be completed within 48 Hours from the time of delivery Or Customer notification to do installation.
- One Dry Service within 3 to 5 months & One Wet Service within 8 to 10 months will be available within one Year from the date of bill, as per customer request. This free service will not be available after one year from the date of bill. Periodic Maintenance Service not available in the months of February to May.
- If the customer fabricates AC complaint to get Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS), the exact complaint should be found at the site, otherwise the customer must pay Rs. 1200 as compensation.
- Important: At least one Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) every year should be done with the Authorised Service Centre to avail 10 Years Warranty.
- The Charge of the Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) from second year onwards is Rs. 1400 to be paid by the customer.
- Coverage Area: As per Company Rule the maximum area limited to:
- 120 Sq. ft. for 1 Ton
- 150 Sq. ft. for 1.5 Ton
- 180 Sq. ft. for 2 Ton
